Pay: $46,460.00 – $114,763.07 per year
Post Express’ is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Delivery Courier to join our team in Perth. As a Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and packages to customers throughout the metropolitan area. This is a full-time role that requires you to work regular hours, with the potential for some overtime as needed.
What you’ll be doing
- Pick up packages from our distribution center and plan the most efficient delivery route
- Carefully handle and transport all packages to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
- Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates and handle any special requests
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures and delivery times
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Post Express’ in a professional manner
- Comply with all relevant safety and traffic regulations
What we’re looking for
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience working as a delivery courier or in a similar logistics role
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions
