Jesslan Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Driver to join their team in Tamworth, NSW. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers.

What you’ll be doingSafely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver goods to customers within the specified timeframeMaintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery signaturesPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working orderAssist with the loading and unloading of goods as requiredProvide courteous and professional customer serviceComply with all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies

What we’re looking forValid Australian driver’s licence (HR or above) with a clean driving recordPrevious experience as a Commercial Driver or Delivery Driver, preferably within the logistics or transport industryExcellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customersStrong time management and organisational skills to ensure on-time deliveriesCommitment to safety and a demonstrated understanding of safe driving practicesAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
