Delivery Driver- (Central Coast) Car License Only

Salary: $32 – $45 per hour

About the Role

·       Delivering groceries with care, ensuring freshness and quality are maintained from our store to the customer’s doorstep

·       Representing our brand with professionalism, kindness, and a commitment to top-tier customer service

·       Managing your own delivery schedule effectively and adapting to changing routes and customer needs

·       Maintaining safety, both on the road and in every customer interaction

·       Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and walking during deliveries

·       Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold

Key Responsibilities

·       Safely load groceries and other customer orders into the delivery vehicle, ensuring all items are accounted for and securely stored

·       Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, following all scheduled routes and timeframes

·       Greet customers warmly upon arrival, provide assistance if needed, and ensure every interaction reflects our customer-focused values

·       Follow all road safety regulations and company delivery procedures without exception

·       Utilise navigation tools and technology provided to optimise each route and manage on-time deliveries

·       Operate delivery vehicles—including 1 Tonne Pantech Trucks—with skill and care (additional licences such as LR or MR are advantageous but not essential)

·       Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle at all times

·       Keep documentation accurate and up to date, including delivery logs and any customer feedback

·       Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to the supervisor

What You’ll Need

·       A valid Australian driver’s licence (car licence accepted; LR/MR advantageous)

·       A clean driving record (no more than 6 demerit points, NO DUI offences)

·       Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors

·       Comfortable operating a 1 Tonne Pantech Truck for deliveries

·       Willingness to work independently and manage your own schedule with minimal supervision

·       Commitment to following all company procedures, safety guidelines, and road rules

·       Previous delivery driving or transport experience will be a advantage
