Delivery Driver

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $31 – $47 per hour

What you’ll be doing

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers within the local and surrounding areas
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and according to customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures, inventory checks, and any issues encountered
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with loading/unloading as needed
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to keep the delivery vehicle in good working condition
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies throughout your duties

What we’re looking for

• A valid Australian HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence (essential) with a clean driving record
• Experience in a similar delivery driver or logistics role, ideally within the food or beverage industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
