🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Customer Delivery Driver, you’re not just handing over groceries—you are delivering smiles. You will be the face of Concept Retail for every customer you visit, ensuring their experience is smooth, timely, and personal.

• Hit the road in one of our modern, fully-loaded vans—orders are pre-packed and routes pre-planned to keep your day running smoothly.
• Bring energy, efficiency, and top-notch service to every doorstep.
• Keep your van in top condition—clean, fueled, and ready to go (don’t worry, we’ve got onsite diesel pumps and an automated car wash).
• Work within a friendly and supportive team that values safety, teamwork, and customer care.

⚠️ WHAT TO EXPECT
You will need to deliver orders within set timeframes and follow safe driving practices.

Physical activity is part of the role: lifting, carrying, and stairs may be involved.

We will support you with training, but you will need to complete:

• driver history check
• police check
• pre-employment medical

We’re looking for people who bring positivity, reliability, and a love for customer service.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• A valid unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
• Clean driving record
• Physical stamina to be on your feet and handle grocery loads
• Confidence navigating through suburbs, cities, or rural areas
• Great communication and a friendly attitude
• Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• RSAT certificate – or willingness to get one (we’ll help!)
