Qualifications:
Essential:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Physical capability for the tasks at hand.

- Professional conduct at all times.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Successful completion of a Police Check.
- Proactive commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements.
- English as a first language
- Live in Melbourne South east
Desirable:
- Technical experience (advantageous).
- Previous delivery experience in the healthcare industry, furniture delivery, or removal (highly regarded).
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Act as the face of the business when delivering and installing products in Private Customers’ homes, Aged Care Facilities, Health Facilities, and more.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Assist with the delivery of larger items.
- Deliver and install both purchased and hired items.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and the overall appearance of delivery vehicles.
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a Police Check.
- Proactive compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements.
