Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist service department customers warmly.
• Prepare job orders, facilitate bookings, and coordinate loan vehicles if required
• Safely transport customers and support workshop operations.
• Maintain a punctual schedule and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide administrative support and address customer concerns promptly.

Specific Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Possession of a valid manual driver’s licence is essential.
