Salary: $35 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Casual Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe and timely manner in our company delivery van. This role offers flexible shifts across weekdays, with the possibility of additional hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with road laws and company policies
- Transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload items as required
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery/pick-up documentation
- Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Valid and current driver’s licence
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg if required
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
