  • Delivery Driver

    Job Type: Casual/Vacation

    Salary: $40 per hour

    An exciting opportunity has become available to join a progressive company in the rapidly growing water industry as a Metro Delivery Driver within our Dispatch team.

    West Coast Poly Pty Ltd is a well-established manufacturing company based in Canning Vale WA. We produce high-quality, long-lasting roto-moulded polyethylene products for liquid storage systems supplying the rural, urban and industrial /mining sectors.

    This role is on a casual basis dependent on metro delivery requirements. Work days are typically 5 days a week.

    This is not your typical truck driving delivery job. It includes manual labour of manoeuvring tanks off the truck at the drop off locations, and depending on customer order requirements, installation of fittings onsite. The successful applicant will need to be physically capable of performing such work, and handy with power tools.  

    Responsibilities include:

    • Safe delivery of residential storage products around metro and some semi-rural areas
    • Loading & unloading of large bulky items 
    • Restraining various cargo items according to safe loading practices 
    • Following instructions directed by supervisors/managers
    • Maintaining delivery vehicle to a roadworthy standard 
    • Ability to understand and follow all OH&S requirements 
    • Ability to work safely and effectively 
    • Ability to safely operate 3.5t truck with tail lift 
    • Able to operate truck and trailer safely 

    Ideal candidate:

    • Will have good knowledge of Perth metro area 
    • Will have experience driving 3 – 4 tonne truck, with a trailer
    • Will have a valid Western Australian LR or MR driver’s license 
    • Will have a current Forklift License (LF)
    • Have the ability work well with others and within a team environment 
    • Will be physically fit 
    • Will be willing to undertake a commercial driver medical including pre-employment drug and alcohol screening 
    • Demonstrate sound practical skills 
    • Will have excellent customer service skills

  • TRUCK DRIVER

     TRUCK AND DOG OPERATOR

    T&G Earthmoving and Skip Bin Hire are a Perth based Earthmoving and skip bin provider to the metro area.

    We cater for Perth’s premium builders, as we carry out general earthworks to the greenfield, urban infill and luxury high end markets.

    Due to expansion, we require a highly skilled operator to join us.

    You will require a HC license and fatigue management with doctors medicals to support your skill set, as the Mack Granite, 18 sp RR you will look after is licensed to carry a dog trailer with this role expanding to the floating of excavators, loaders.

    You will have extensive experience working within the metro area, with general cartage in sand, rubble, rock and rubbish with practical knowledge of end tippers.

    The ability to self load out of our Wattleup based recycle yard would be advantageous, as we supply sand from our own in house facility.

    The role is based out of our O’Connor yard with commencement  at 6.00am with the day concluding around 5.00pm. 

    You will be required to maintain the truck, keep it clean, greased and washed weekly to its current standard.

    If you cannot , do not apply as this is a minimum standard of T&G Earthmoving across the board.
