About the Role

We are seeking dependable and motivated Customer Delivery Drivers to join our Southern Highlands team. This role offers consistent hours, flexibility across shifts, and the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a supportive and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver groceries to customers throughout the Southern Highlands region
• Accurately load, sort, and manage orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at every stop
• Work across both morning and afternoon shifts, with the option to also work weekends (penalty rates apply)

Requirements

• Current NSW Full Driver’s Licence
• Good driving record and demonstrated safe driving practices
• RSAT certification must be obtained before commencing work
• National Police Check with a clear record
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling goods safely
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 25kg
• Residence in or near Bowral/Mittagong preferred (but not essential)
• Previous delivery or driving experience advantageous but not essential
