Delivery Driver

Earlyrise Baking Co is on the lookout for a Delivery Driver to join our team in Bathurst NSW. In this role, you’ll play an important part in delivering our fresh bakery products to regional communities across the area.

You’ll be behind the wheel of one of our delivery vans, ensuring every delivery is made safely, on time, and with a smile. With your solid driving experience and great customer service, you’ll help us keep the shelves full and our customers happy.

🕒 Shift Details
Work 3 days a week between Monday to Saturday, with a morning run between 6:00 am – 10:00 am. Not available on certain days? No worries — we’re flexible! Let us know and we’ll make it work!

About the Role

In your role as a Driver, your key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

• 🚛 Delivery – assist in the delivery of freshly baked and packed products. This involves loading/unloading baked products with lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 20 kg. 
• 😊 Customer Service – providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and passing on customer complaints to the correct personnel. 
• 🧼 Cleaning – assist in daily end of day/shift cleaning of the vehicle. 

About You

• Have 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hold a valid drivers license and are comfortable with manual vehicles.
• An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards – or are ready to learn!
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.
• Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25kg).
