About the role

NQ Refrigerated Transport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. This is a full-time position responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers throughout the local area. Early morning starts with finishes before lunch time which allows you the freedom to achieve afternoon activities weather it picking up the kids from school or hitting your local gym, whatever it is the choice is yours. Monday to Friday role. Due to expansion, we are open to various roles in different positions which may also include a 3-4 day working week

What you’ll be doing

Safely operate a refrigerated delivery truck to transport and deliver goods to customers

Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring goods are handled with care

Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods on time and communicating with customers

Adhere to all relevant road safety and transport regulations

Assist with other general warehouse and logistics duties as required

What we’re looking for

A minimum MR license

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently

Good physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of goods
