Ashgrove Cheese is a 100% Tasmanian Family-Owned, Award-Winning paddock-to-plate dairy business. We are proudly Australian grown, made, owned and managed.
This is a position based at our Ashgrove Milk Depot in Brighton, Hobart, Tasmania. The role is casual with hours to be discussed with individual candidates.
The role offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to work within a small and dedicated team who are passionate about the production of premium dairy products.
Qualifications & experience
- Manual MR licence essential
- Forklift license highly desirable
- Ability to work in a food safe environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- Safely deliver Ashgrove products to our direct customers.
- Represent the business and brand and interact with customers and members of the public.
- Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assigned vehicle.
- Maintain all freight and documentation.
- Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness of vehicles.
- Must be physically fit to handle multiple stops on each milk run getting in and out of the truck.
- Must be fit for the role and pass a pre-employment medical including instant drug and alcohol screening and assessment to lift 20kg.
