Delivery Driver

Job Description

As a Foodservice multidrop truck driver you will be responsible for delivering a variety of food products to Restaurants, Cafes, Schools, and other Foodservice establishments across the Perth metropolitan area.  Your multidrop experience will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service with early morning starts.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a MR vehicle for multidrop deliveries
• Plan and navigate efficient delivery routes, using GPS and route optimization tools
• Load and unload food products, ensuring compliance with food safety procedures
• Conduct pre and post trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service at each delivery point, addressing any customer enquiries or concerns

Qualifications 

• Valid MR Manual Licence with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery preferred
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer focused approach
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and move food products safely
