Salary: $33.21 per hour

About the Role
- Immediate start for the right candidate
- Central Newcastle location
- Shift hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Work available until Christmas
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operating and maintaining vans & small Pantech trucks (class C) to transport parcels and freight
- Adhering to all relevant road rules, regulations & safety protocols
- Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles as required
- Providing excellent customer service and on-time deliveries
- Completing accurate documentation and trip logs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles
A Successful Candidate Will:
- Possess a valid NSW Class C drivers’ licence (or higher)
- Be able to pass pre-employment physical assessment (including drug & alcohol screening)
- Have experience in a similar delivery driving role
- Possess strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
- Have sound literacy skills
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
