Mobile Crane Operator (Construction)

High-Skill Infrastructure Role:
Operate boom and franna cranes for major construction projects across Melbourne’s CBD and infrastructure sites.

Compensation Package:

• Monthly Earnings: 9,000−9,000−12,000 AUD
  • Base Rate: 45−45−60/hr (CFMEU EBA rates)
  • Tower Crane Premium: +$8/hr for high-rise work
  • Overtime: 2x pay on weekends
• Benefits:

Technical Requirements:

• Licensing:
  • CV (Crane Vehicle) class license
  • High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) – C6 Slewing Crane
• Certifications:
  • Dogging ticket (required)
  • Rigging Intermediate (preferred)
• Experience:
  • 500+ hours on similar cranes
  • Familiarity with Liebherr and Grove models
