Refrigerated Truck Driver (Local Routes) – Sydney, NSW

Role Overview:
Deliver chilled/frozen goods to supermarkets, restaurants, and hospitals across Sydney’s metro area, operating late-model Volvo or Isuzu fridge trucks.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Earnings:6,500–6,500–8,000 AUD (full-time)
  • Hourly Rate: 30–30–38/hr + penalty rates (overtime after 38 hrs/week)
  • Per-Km Bonus: $0.18/km for extra deliveries
  • Cold Work Allowance: $150/week (for freezer compartment work)
• Shift Options: Day (4am–2pm) or twilight (2pm–10pm) shifts

Requirements:

• Licenses: HR (Heavy Rigid) or HC (Heavy Combination) license
• Certifications:
  • Cold Chain Compliance training
  • LF Forklift ticket (preferred for unloading)
• Skills:
  • Defensive driving in urban traffic
  • Temperature log management
