Water Truck Driver

Job Type: Part time

Salary: $35 – $40 per hour

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Water Truck Driver to join our busy Gold Coast team.  Covering Southport / Surfers Paradise and reporting to the Area Supervisor, this is a night driving role where you will be responsible for:

• Transporting water to relevant site locations
• Deliver potable water to teams as required
• Dust suppression using the water-spray attachment
• Nightly inspection of truck operation and maintenance
• Other truck driving duties as required

The job requirements

This is a permanent part-time role for approximately 20 hours per week – working night shift.  Previous Water truck driving experience in landscape construction projects is highly regarded.  Other requirements include:

• Minimum HR licence
• Own car or transport
• Current White Card
• A genuine desire to deliver work according to drawings, scope, and specifications
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
